Features

Improved cleaning performance
  • Cleaning has been made easier and faster by the ability to open the bed cutter and scraper.
  • Furthermore, the removal of gaps between cutter and casing reduces residual of granule piece.
Improved maintenance capacity
  • With the improvement in the various processing precision, the need for adjustment of SIM and the frequency for replacement of the rotating cutter and roller has been reduced. In addition, the reliability of each parts has been improved with the best design.
Safety Esteem
  • MGL is being equipped with 2 limit switch at the opening and 1 limit switch at the suction part.
  • MGL uses motor breaker. (Breaker and thermal unites.)
